财政部国家税务总局关于取消部分商品出口退税的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、国家税务局、新疆生产建设兵团财务局：
经国务院批准，自2010年7月15日起取消下列商品的出口退税：
1. 部分钢材；
2. 部分有色金属加工材；
3. 银粉；
4. 酒精、玉米淀粉；
5. 部分农药、医药、化工产品；
6. 部分塑料及制品、橡胶及制品、玻璃及制品。
取消出口退税的具体商品名称和商品编码见附件。
具体执行时间，以“出口货物报关单（出口退税专用）”海关注明的出口日期为准。
