各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、国家税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财务局：
《财政部 国家税务总局关于对利用废弃的动植物油生产纯生物柴油免征消费税的通知》（财税〔2010〕118号）第一条第二项中“《柴油机燃料调合生物柴油（BD100）》”是指“《柴油机燃料调合用生物柴油（BD100）》”，请遵照执行。
