各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、国家税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财务局：
经国务院批准，从2008年12月1日起，对黑大豆（税则号为1201009200）出口免征增值税。具体执行时间，以“出口货物报关单（出口退税专用）”海关注明的出口日期为准。
特此通知。
