各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、地方税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财务局： 为支持电信体制改革，推进电信行业健康协调发展，经研究决定：对中国电信集团公司收购CDMA网络资产和中国电信股份有限公司收购CDMA网络业务过程中涉及的土地、房屋权属转移的契税予以免征。 财政部国 家税务总局 二○○九年三月二十七日
