海关总署：
为降低今年南方地区发生的低温雨雪冰冻灾害给水产养殖业造成的重大损失，尽快恢复生产，根据农业生产需要，现在《财政部 国家税务总局关于农业部2008年度种子（苗）、种畜（禽）、鱼种（苗）和种用野生动植物种源免税进口计划》（财关税[2008]10号）中增加"其他鱼苗及其卵"免税计划4000万尾（粒），请按《财政部、国家税务总局关于"十一五"期间进口种子（苗）种畜（禽）鱼种（苗）和种用野生动植物种源税收问题的通知》（财关税[2006]3号）办理有关进口手续。
