各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、国家税务局、地方税务局、发展改革委、经贸委（经委），新疆生产建设兵团财务局：
《节能节水专用设备企业所得税优惠目录（2008年版）》和《环境保护专用设备企业所得税优惠目录（2008年版）》，已经国务院批准，现予以公布，自2008年1月1日起施行。
