关于调整硅藻土、珍珠岩、磷矿石和玉石等资源税税额标准的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、地方税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财务局：
为发挥资源税的调节作用，促进资源节约开采和利用，自2008年10月1日起，调整硅藻土、玉石等部分矿产品的资源税税额标准，调整后的税额标准分别为：硅藻土、玉石每吨20元，磷矿石每吨15元，膨润土、沸石、珍珠岩每吨10元。
请遵照执行。
