海关总署：
为支持国内畜牧业的发展并根据《财政部、国家税务总局关于豆粕等粕类产品征免增值税政策的通知》（财税〔2001〕30号）第二条的有关规定，自2007年1月1日起，对进口的矿物质微量元素舔砖（税号ex38249090）免征进口环节增值税。
矿物质微量元素舔砖是以四种以上微量元素、非营养性添加剂和载体为原料，经高压浓缩制成的块状预混物，供牛、羊等直接食用。
