各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、国家税务局，新疆生产建设兵团： 经国务院批准，自2006年3月14日起，暂停税则号为27101110的车用汽油及航空汽油和税则号为27101120的石脑油的出口增值税退税政策。具体执行时间按《出口货物报关单[出口退税专用]》上海关注明的出口日期为准。 特此通知。
