财政部国家税务总局关于铁合金取消出口退税的补充通知

各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、国家税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财务局： 2005年，国务院关税税则委员会办公室印发的《中华人民共和国进出口税则（2005年版）》将钒铁税则号做了调整。现就《财政部 国家税务总局关于取消电解铝铁合金等商品出口退税的通知》（财税〔2004〕214号）的相关事宜补充通知如下： 财税〔2004〕214号文件中的“钒铁”70209200的税则号不再使用，相应变更为72029210、72029290；对列入这两个税则号项下的“钒铁”，自2005年1月1日起一律取消出口退（免）税。
