海关总署：     近来，中央电视台等有关单位要求对其进口的电视节目工作带进口环节增值税问题予以明确。经研究，现通知如下：     根据增值税、营业税暂行条例和其他有关政策的规定，对境内单位从境外购买电视节目播映权而进口的电视节目工作带，不征收进口环节增值税。     本通知自2003年1月1日执行。
