海关总署： 经国务院批准，自2002年1月1日起至2006年12月31日止，免征进口抗艾滋病病毒药物的进口关税和进口环节增值税。具体免税的药物清单和金额，见《进口抗艾滋病病毒药物名录》（附件1）和《五年免税进口艾滋病抗病毒药物额度》（附件2）。海关凭卫生部发放的进口抗艾滋病病毒药物的有关证明办理免税手续。 请通知各海关执行。 附件：1.进口抗艾滋病病毒药物名录 2.五年免税进口艾滋病抗病毒药物额度
