    根据《财政部、国家税务总局关于防汛专用等车辆免征车辆购置税的通知》第一条的规定，对国家林业局2001年购买的601辆森林消防专用车（其中北京BJ2020SMW型226辆、湖南猎豹CFA5022XZH型263辆、重庆庆铃QL6470DY11型84辆、重庆庆铃QL6470DY611型28辆，详见附件）免征车辆购置税，请按附件所列名单办理免征车辆购置税手续。     附件：2001年森林消防专用车计划分配表
