各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、国家税务局、地方税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财政局：
为促进页岩气开发利用，有效增加天然气供给，经国务院同意，自2018年4月1日至2021年3月31日，对页岩气资源税（按6%的规定税率）减征30%。
请遵照执行。
