国家税务总局关于修改《纳税人存款账户账号报告表》式样的公告

为适应税务机构改革需要，国家税务总局对《纳税人存款账户账号报告表》进行了修改，现公告如下：
一、从事生产、经营的纳税人依法向主管税务机关报告其银行账号时，使用修改后的《纳税人存款账户账号报告表》（见附件)。
二、本公告自2018年7月5日起施行。国税机构和地税机构合并前，仍按照《国家税务总局关于印发全国统一税收执法文书式样的通知》（国税发〔2005〕179号）的规定执行。
