各省、自治区、直辖市财政厅（局），财政部驻各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政监察专员办事处：
为了促进光伏产业健康发展，根据《国务院关于促进光伏产业健康发展的若干意见》（国发〔2013〕24号）的有关规定，对分布式光伏发电自发自用电量免收可再生能源电价附加、国家重大水利工程建设基金、大中型水库移民后期扶持基金、农网还贷资金等4项针对电量征收的政府性基金。
上述规定自本通知发文之日起施行。
