财政部驻各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政监察专员办事处：
为了促进可再生资源的开发利用，自2013年9月25日起，将向除居民生活和农业生产以外的其他用电量征收的可再生能源电价附加征收标准提高至1.5分钱/千瓦时。财政部驻各地财政监察专员办事处要严格按照本通知的规定，切实加强对可再生能源电价附加的征收管理和监督检查，确保资金应收尽收，及时入库。
