云南省国家税务局∶
《中华人民共和国政府和老挝人民民主共和国政府关于澜沧江一湄公河客货运输协定》业于1994年11月9日在万象签订，该协定自签字之日起生效执行。现将该协定转发你局，有关税收问题处理，请根据该协定第十三条的规定执行。
在执行中，请注意查验对方国家有关部门出具的身份证明文件。执行中有何问题，请及时上报我局。
