各省、自治区、直辖市广播电视局，新疆生产建设兵团文化体育广电和旅游局，总局直属有关单位，中央广播电视总台办公厅、电影频道节目中心、中国教育电视台，各相关单位：
为进一步规范和促进我国4K超高清发展，提高4K超高清电视节目质量和制作效率，广电总局组织编制了《4K超高清电视节目制作技术实施指南（2020版）》，现予印发，请结合实际，遵照执行。
特此通知。
