各省、自治区、直辖市应急管理厅（局），新疆生产建设兵团应急管理局：
为及时、准确、全面掌握生产安全事故和安全生产行政执法情况，按照《中华人民共和国统计法》及实施条例、《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》有关要求，我部对原《生产安全事故统计报表制度》和《安全生产行政执法统计制度》进行了修订，已经国家统计局审批同意，现予印发，请严格执行。
