各省、自治区、直辖市应急管理厅（局），新疆生产建设兵团应急管理局，各中央企业：
为做好中级、初级注册安全工程师职业资格考试工作，按照《注册安全工程师职业资格制度规定》《注册安全工程师职业资格考试实施办法》（应急〔2019〕8号）有关要求，应急管理部组织编制了《中级注册安全工程师职业资格考试大纲》《初级注册安全工程师职业资格考试大纲》，经商住房和城乡建设部、交通运输部同意，人力资源社会保障部审定，现予以印发施行。
