安全生产文件的通知
安监总政法〔2018〕28号
各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团安全生产监督管理局，各省级煤矿安全监察局：
为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于加强法治政府建设和推进简政放权、放管结合、优化服务的决策部署，维护法令统一，进一步推进依法行政，国家安全监管总局对有关安全生产方面的部门文件进行了全面清理。经商有关部委和单位，并经国家安全监管总局局长办公会议审议通过，决定对193件安全生产文件宣布失效，自本通知印发之日起一律停止执行，不再作为行政管理的依据。
