各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团安全生产监督管理局，各省级煤矿安全监察局，各有关单位：
根据《职业卫生技术服务机构监督管理暂行办法》（国家安全监管总局令第50号）的规定，为加强对职业卫生技术服务甲级机构的监督管理，规范甲级机构跨省（自治区、直辖市）开展职业卫生技术服务，国家安全监管总局制定了《职业卫生技术服务甲级机构跨省（自治区、直辖市）服务备案管理办法》，现印发给你们，请遵照执行。
