开采范围之间最小安全距离有关问题的复函

山西省安全生产监督管理局：
你局《关于对相邻露天矿山开采范围之间最小安全距离有关问题的请示》（晋安监管一函〔2011〕143号）收悉。经研究，现函复如下：
相邻露天矿山开采范围之间最小安全距离是指采矿证划定的矿界之间的最小距离。小型露天采石场无论采用何种采矿作业方式，其与相邻矿之间最小安全距离都应当执行《小型露天采石场安全管理与监督检查规定》（国家安全监管总局令第39号）。其他金属非金属露天矿山无论采用何种采矿作业方式，都应当执行《金属非金属矿山安全规程》（GBl6423）。
