- （十）切实保护女工和未成年工权益，严格禁止使用童工。用人单位要依法保护女工的特殊权益，不得以性别为由拒绝录用女工或提高女工录用标准，不得安排女工从事禁忌劳动范围工作，不得在女工孕期、产期、哺乳期降低其基本工资或单方面解除劳动合同。招用未成年工的用人单位，应当在工种、劳动时间、劳动强度和保护措施等方面严格执行国家有关规定。对介绍和使用童工的违法行为要从严惩处。
