国家税务总局关于印发《税务UKey技术规范》的通知

国家税务总局各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市税务局，国家税务总局驻各地特派员办事处:
为进一步优化税收营商环境，减轻纳税人负担，国家税务总局制订了《税务UKey技术规范》，现予以印发，自印发之日起实施。
《税务UKey技术规范》明确了税务UKey设计生产硬件、软件技术要求，以及硬件驱动函数库、出厂固件、数据格式等内容，各市场主体研制生产税务UKey应依据该规范执行。相关技术资料可通过电子邮箱（邮箱：shuikong@chinatax.gov.cn）获得。
各地应收集执行过程中遇到的问题，及时反馈到国家税务总局（电子税务管理中心）。
