- 学校管理混乱，存在重大安全隐患的，主管的教育行政部门或者其他有关部门应当责令其限期整顿；对情节严重或者拒不改正的，应当依据法律法规的有关规定，给予相应的行政处罚。
教育统计管理规定

- 教育统计调查中获得的能够识别或者推断单个统计调查对象身份的资料应当依法严格管理，除作为统计执法依据外，不得直接作为对统计调查对象实施行政许可、行政处罚等具体行政行为的依据，不得用于完成统计任务以外的目的。
